About
Hello!
I am Yvonne, a Clinical Psychologist with experience in private practice, public mental health services and academic research. I have been in the field for over a decade, supporting children, adolescents and adults in Australia and New Zealand through a broad range of behavioural, emotional and psychological challenges.
I didn’t initially start out as a psychologist. I began my career as a lawyer but often found myself naturally occupying the role of ‘trusted confidante’ in the office, and that inclination is what eventually led me here. I am also a mother and a person of CALD. I bring together clinical expertise with a genuine understanding that life doesn’t always follow the path we expected.
Outside of session you’ll find me spending quality time with my family, enjoying day adventures in awe of mother nature (my happy place!), tending my small vegetable patch in the garden or curled up with a good book and a strong cup of tea.
