Therapy Services

What to Expect

Therapy is respectful, collaborative and individually tailored to each person’s goals, strengths, challenges and circumstances. The first session will focus on assessment, to establish a shared understanding of the issues and to steer a clear direction for subsequent sessions. As the work evolves, together we may explore and challenge unhelpful coping patterns, process difficult experiences, build greater self awareness and introduce psychological strategies and practical skills relevant to achieving your therapy goals.
